Leading textile artist Ptolemy Mann has created the fabric pavilion at this year’s Interiors show.  Interiors 2012 is the premier trade show for the furniture industry and takes place at the NEC every January.   Mann has created a stunning pavilion, featuring huge hanging Ikat-print sails.  Visitors to the pavilion can relax on ercol studio couches, upholstered in Mann’s vibrant fabrics.

Mann studied at Central St. Martin’s College of Art and Design in the 1990s, before undertaking a Masters Degree in Woven Textiles at the Royal College of Art.  In March 2011 she was awarded the Homes and Gardens Best Fabric Designer.

This is ercol’s second collaboration with Mann.  In 2011 we produced a special limited edition version of our pilgrim cabinet for John Lewis, with Mann’s fabric pattern applied across the timber and glass of the cabinet.

Interiors 2012 takes place from 22nd to 25th January 2012 at the NEC and ercol’s exhibition stand is in Hall 1, stand G50.
